I was recently approached by Greg Camilleri to shoot some pictures of Vito, his outstanding horse. This is just one of many images taken on the day.

Concert Photography, capturing the emotion

I couldnt really post the Chasing Pandora concert photo without posting this one. It must be one of my all time favourite concert photos... and I have take quite a few. I wanted to do something different for this particular shot, there were about 5 other photographers present on the night, all shooting great action pictures of the performers Iam sure. So in order to get something different I decided to concentrate a few shots on crowd / performer interaction. I think this sums up the night perfectly. I also have another shot of one of the girls in the crowd touching Ray Mercieca's doc marten boots during his performance. Don't you just love these magic moments - split seconds in time - captured forever... no?.. well I do, and this type of image makes all the hard work worthwhile - who needs to shoot Madonna, when we can grab emotion like this one. Ps/. Madonna if you are reading this I would love to cover one of your gigs... yeah right.

Chasing Pandora live at the Bay Music Awards

One of a series of pictures taken at the recent Bay Music Awards, Eden Arena, Malta. I have chosen to post this image as its one of my favourite shots from the night. It was a rweal pain to get - I was actually standing on the barriers for this shot and almost fell off. I think it was well worth the effort though.

N.Y.E. Fashion Photography for Vivre Magazine

Another recent commission for Vivre Magazine saw me photographing a New Year's Eve Fashion story. Shot on location at Le Meridien Hotel, Malta.

Malta's most celebrated Artists

I had the honour of photographing Malta‘s most celebrated artists recently. Commissioned by Write-On the article was published in yesterdays issue of Vivre Magazine published with the Times of Malta. The shoot took place in a warehouse in Marsa, a nightmare to light because there was no electricity available. The dog you see in the shoot was a stray that took a liking to everyone, so much so that he presented us with a decomposed rat after the shoot. The portraits were shot afterwards, I wanted to keep the rough feeling of the surroundings rather than go for the beauty normally associated with portrait photography.
